Yes, I hope this year will be great for everyone!  Last year was not a very productive year for me.  I had too much to occupy my time, including work and school.  I hope I can get to drawing a bit this year, at least that is what I am shooting for.  

I had a wonderful holiday season and birthday, and I thank everyone who wished me well.  It means a lot guys.

I have always particularly liked this time of year.  The quiet winter days right after the bustling holidays.  It is a time to reflect on the year past and to dream of things to come.  Since I live in Texas where it is basically warm year round, I can feel the Spring trying to break through a little earlier, but there is something in the air that tries to force it back.  The seasons are coming in their own time.  Until then, dear winter, enjoy the time we have left.  I am a year older, and hopefully wiser, but my heart will always be young.
